Please note that we do not offer free returns; return shipping fees will apply.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied. However, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned with all original parts, components, and packaging in the exact condition in which it was received.
- The product must show no signs of mishandling, and damages caused by misuse are excluded.
- Items requiring hygiene, such as clothing, must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified upon approval if all conditions are met.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
How to return your order:
If your order meets the conditions listed above, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Send an email to: support@avery-auckland.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo of the product (if it is damaged)
- Your first name, last name, and address
- We will provide the return address after receiving your request.
Note: Do not send returns to the sender’s address. Wait for our return instructions. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the following conditions, which apply only to individuals making purchases for non-commercial purposes:
Withdrawal Conditions
You may withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order, either by you or a third party (other than the shipping carrier). Due to our fully automated system, we cannot interrupt the shipping process after the order has been placed. Therefore, withdrawals can only be processed once the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the returned goods. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Recording of Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, so delivery times may be longer. Withdrawal is not possible while the goods are in transit. Please wait until you receive your order before returning it to us. You may notify us of your intent to return the items in advance to expedite the process.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Once we have received your withdrawal notice and the returned items, we will refund all payments made by you, excluding shipping costs (unless you selected a more expensive shipping option). Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
